The team decided to improve the quality of coffee by working from an area known for producing low-quality Arabica coffee at a low price compared to other areas of Uganda. The team sought to develop a special farmer training program. The training team would \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003e create a farmer with a leading role in the community and provide intensive and in-depth training courses in agricultural engineering, processing methods, and harvesting. Then, 35 small farmers would be assigned to each leading farmer. These small groups would be rewarded with a financial reward according to the unit. The higher the quality of the coffee, the higher the wage of the working group.
