Muhjah: meaning the purest and finest part of something. The idea for this name came from a poem by the Saudi poet Muhammad Al-Thubaiti, may God have mercy on him:
"Turn the dawn's heart
Pour us a homeland in the cups
That makes heads spin
And give us more of the Shadhiliya until the clouds gather
Turn the dawn's heart
And pour your bitter coffee,
The delightful one, upon the people's peaks"
This crop was grown in Uganda, in the snow-covered Rwenzori Mountains, the “Mountains of the Moon,” at an altitude of 1,700-2,000 meters above sea level. This time we adopted the Arabic roasting method.
Process: Natural
Altitude: 1,700 - 2,000 m
