Mammia Mia, our extraordinary blend of specialty coffees. This unique blend was created with passion using coffees from four fascinating origins: Peru, Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Honduras.

MammiaMia is a sensory experience that enchants the senses with its seductive notes of chocolate and dried fruit.

Each carefully selected origin contributes in a unique way to the creation of MammiaMia. The beans from Peru bring a soft sweetness, those from Costa Rica offer a fresh fruity acidity, those from Ethiopia give a floral touch and those from Honduras give a pleasant spice complexity. The union of these origins gives life to a surprising blend that stands out for its exceptional quality.

Where’s it from?

Francesco sought to balance the blend through the study of new botanical varieties and fermentation methods, resulting in a coffee with medium-low acidity and intense notes of chocolate, ripe cherry, caramel, and almond. Dedicated to his mother, who did not enjoy overly acidic coffees, the blend is a tribute to the women in the coffee world, featuring beans from farms managed by women whom Francesco met and admired during his travels.
