Black Sheep coffee is an experimental coffee with a bold and unconventional character. It was processed using an anaerobic fermentation process for 30 days, then partially dried to a moisture content of 35%. It then underwent an additional 20-day closed fermentation process, followed by final drying to a moisture content of 10–12%. The result is a complex, strong, and unconventional coffee. An experience that opens a new door for you to discover unconventional flavors in the world of coffee.
