FILTER | COLOMBIA | GEISHA | LIME (100g)
Wilder Lasso's Colombian coffee, part of our Reserve Collection, comes from the Huila region, specifically from the Tocora farm.
The variety used is the prized Geisha, known for its complexity and refinement. The production process follows an anaerobic semi-washed method, which helps to develop a unique and distinctive depth of flavour.
The high altitude of the cultivation area, which reaches 1890 meters above sea level, gives the coffee distinctive characteristics and an aromatic complexity that is difficult to find elsewhere.
The sensory notes of this Colombian coffee are a true riot of flavors. You can clearly perceive hints of lime which add a lively freshness, followed by the juicy sweetness of yellow plum and the delicacy of white melon.
