This batch has undergone the Hydro Honey method, an innovative process that adds a unique dimension to our coffee. Coffee cherries are dried on patios, rehydrated and mixed with fresh cherries before processing. The result is a complex, fruity and sweet cup that represents the culmination of the sensory experience.

Nestor Lasso's Sidra Hidroney offers a unique taste journey, where each sip reveals layers of aromatic complexity. The exceptional manufacturing process gives the coffee an enveloping sweetness and a fruity profile that will make every tasting moment a memorable experience.

Where’s it from?

Finca El Diviso, a family farm of 6 hectares, is managed by the father, Mr Jose Uribe and his sons Nestor and Adrian. Wishing to inject modernity into ancestral practices, the brothers Nestor and Adrian trained in the city. On their return to the farm, they applied the fruit of their learning and innovated by proposing new ways of working with natural practices and new processes. This variety, called Sidra, grows in Colombia, in the Huila region, at 1900 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries are harvested and selected manually before being naturally processed.
