Where’s it from?

This coffee is a rare variety about which little is known. It is suggested to be related to the Ethiopian heirloom variety, although some propose that it is simply a local, colloquial phrase for pacamara. What is certain is that the name "ombligon" derives from the elongated shape of the bean and a belly-button-shaped nodule at its base. Nestor Lasso and his brother Adrian chose to take a different approach from their parents and explore the world of high-quality coffee and experimentation.
