Yemeni Haima Sana'a coffee combines authenticity and high quality, as it has been processed in an anaerobic way to enhance its complex fruit character. Featuring rich plum and mango flavors, it blends with the warmth of black tea and ends with a touch of delicious chocolate.

This crop also comes in Peaberry formula, a rare type of coffee that accounts for only about 5-10% of the total crop. In beerry beans, one grain grows inside the cherry instead of two grains, giving it a distinctive round shape and a higher density of oils and sugars, often resulting in more concentrated and balanced flavors in the cup.
