This premium coffee comes to you from Colombia, specifically from Quindío, Armenia, at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level, where the Buenos Aires farm is located, owned by Hernando, who comes from a long-established Colombian coffee-growing family with extensive experience.
This crop was treated with the anaerobic honey method; the coffee was subjected to fermentation for up to 72 hours while preserving the sticky film surrounding the coffee beans, then it was spread on raised beds.
This crop is roasted using a process suitable for all espresso and filter drinks.
