Coming to you from Colombia, from the Quindío region, Armenia, at an altitude of 1,700-1,200 above sea level, is the Castellon farm, which covers 7 hectares and is located at an altitude of 1,450 above sea level.
The crop is processed using the anaerobic honey method, where the coffee is fermented for up to 72 hours while preserving the slimy membrane surrounding the beans. It is then spread out on raised beds, which helps highlight the coffee's flavors and bring them to a wonderful blend of apple and lemon acidity and the sweetness of sugar cane.
Roasted for espresso and drip, so you can enjoy it in any cup you fancy.
