We visited Estate Blawan island at Indonesia in around 2016, an absolutely stunning island! and it’s now directly traded from farm to The Roasting House to your cups!Estate blawan is a farm established by the Dutch in 1699 on the stunning Ijen Plateau in East Java Island. A bitter-sweet coffee with almost no acidity thanks to its fully washed processing, a rich body makes this a sensual and vibrant and present a fine coffee cup. A bold finish but not overpowering.
Dry fragrance: earthy, herbal, dark fruits. Wet aroma: Chocolaty, red grapes, bittersweet chocolate.
