OMNI | MYANMAR | SHAN | BERRIES & CHERRY (250g)
Nestled amidst mist-shrouded mountains, at an altitude of 1340-1620 meters above sea level, lie the villages of the Bao in southern Shan State, Myanmar, a region rich in crops where farmers cultivate coffee alongside avocados, oranges, tea, and rice.
This coffee is characterized by notes that mimic peach, cherry and pineapple, giving it an exceptional taste suitable for milk and distilled drinks.
This crop was treated by the anaerobic drying method, where the coffee cherries are placed in an oxygen-free container, and then after about 42 hours they are dried for 18-23 days on raised beds.
